We recently worked with One Stop Telecom, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Josiah and his team were punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely adaptable to the needs of our business. They handled every aspect of our office move, taking the time to carefully review both our current and new locations so they could provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to us.
Josiah provided a very detailed quote, complete with a voiceover walkthrough, which made it much easier to understand the services we needed and the features we’d gain by upgrading our 30 year old phone system. Throughout the process, the team has been incredibly prompt with both email and text communication, and their pricing beat out Spectrum and AT&T.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, installation, and products delivered. I highly recommend One Stop Telecom for any business looking for reliable and professional telecom support.
