The entire team at OneStop Telecom is amazing! After a power outage at our Fontana facility fried our old (early 90’s) Panasonic phone system, we were overwhelmed and unsure how to get our phones working again. We spoke with a couple of other companies, but calling OneStop was the best decision we could have made.
Josiah came out quickly, thoroughly explained what we were dealing with, and presented the best options for our office. To say we were impressed by his knowledge and quote presentation would be an understatement.
We ultimately purchased a new PBX system, Yealink phones, and even upgraded our network with a new UPS and firewall. The installation was smooth, everything was set up exactly how we wanted, and they took the time to train us and answer all of our questions. You can tell that everyone on their team truly cares about their work. I highly recommend Josiah and OneStop Telecom to anyone in need of a reliable business phone system and service.
