Can I use my current VoIP phones, or do I need to buy new ones?

Although we offer a variety of hardware options for purchase, it is likely that an out-of-pocket expense is not necessary. In most cases, existing VoIP phones can be re-provisioned to our platform. Another option is to do away with desk phones completely and instead use our mobile app or Softphone via your PC and headset.

How many calls can I receive at a time?

Unlike traditional analog phone systems that require roll over lines, VoIP can handle as many simultaneous calls as your devices and users can handle. The Call Queue feature allows for callers to hear on hold music while waiting for a representative instead of getting a busy signal.

Do I need a computer to make calls?

Not necessarily. Our platform allows you to make calls using an IP desk phone, our mobile app, or any other device that has internet access.

What is a healthy network that supports VoIP?

A healthy network consists of a clear path from the internet to all devices. To accomplish this, we recommend investing in your own commercial-grade router and switch. SIP ALG should be disabled in your router. Ensure that data network cables have been installed anywhere a phone will be installed. Lastly, opt-in for the most reliable internet connection available at your location.

What does SIP mean?

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is the technology that allows voice, video, and other multimedia content to connect and disconnect via the internet.

What type of cabling do I need?

A healthy VoIP cable setup consists of Data cables such as “Cat5” or “Cat6”. These data cables are designed to connect computers, network equipment, and devices such as modems, servers, and switches.

Is it difficult to make changes to my phone system?

Not at all. Anyone with managing rights for your company can make changes to your system. We provide credentials to login, add hold music, change voicemails, change call routing, etc. Our support technicians are also available and happy to help!

Does this system require me to pay for installation?

Paying for installation is available but not required. Non hardware installations are always completed remotely. In most cases, Hardware installations can be plug and play as all hardware is pre-configured and pre-provisioned for customer convenience. In all cases, our technicians are available to remotely walk you through every step of the way.

What type of fax do I need?

Traditional Fax: This is a great option for businesses that like to use a physical fax machine. In addition to traditional fax, we include the option to receive fax through email simultaneously.
eFax: This is a digital, cost-effective, option that allows users to send and receive fax via email or secure portal all while saving ink, paper and organizing fax electronically.

We needed new VoIP Phone service and internet because the area we are at in Redlands in has super slow internet. We couldn't find another company that could help us. They came out and set us up on 5g internet, set us up with a new router and wifi, new phones and to top it off, even helped us troubleshoot, repair , and move our cameras. Great service!
