I was helped on the phone by Javier Rejon and the customer service was outstanding, he did a really good job at explaining everything needed to proceed with the service and get me going. I definitely did not expect it seeing as over the phone instructions can sometimes be frustrating but again he was really nice and patient!!!

Our contact Josiah was very professional and helpful from illustrating the benefits of the phone system, was present during the install to make sure things went smooth, and spent time with the employees showing them how to use them.
I can say definitely it has huge benefits to the business. There are many useful features that this system will streamline. Was a little cautious with having to learn something new but it has been a breeze.

Before Josiah came out internet would go out about every ten minutes and when it did work it was as slow as dial up. We’ve been told for years our business couldn’t get better Wi-Fi and now we have internet speeds literally 100x faster and he got it done quickly.
