I highly recommend One Stop Telecom. Josiah walked through each step in setting up my business phone service, and also the phone itself. It has so many features that I did not have before and he took the time to sit down with me and help me navigate through it. He also helped me set up my One Stop Telecom site so that I can make adjustments there if needed, pay my bill, set up auto pay, and also view incoming calls and how I can block spam calls!! Highly recommend ONE STOP TELECOM!!

Josiah was recommended to us by a friend and owner of an office we were moving into. We were downsizing significantly and we wanted to save money as well. The location we moved into already had internet and telephone service, but we did not want to encroach on the existing telecom service. Josiah met with my wife and I and showed us the benefits of the One Stop Telecom system and we were very impressed. Josiah was very patient and professional as he demonstrated and explained the installation process. Josiah handled the cutover from our old system to One Stop Telecom which included the transfer of our business phone number and the termination of our previous telecom service (Spectrum) at our old office. It truly was a “One Stop” experience. After implementing the system Josiah spent time training us on the new system and the new features we experience are fantastic. I especially appreciate the mobile app that allows us to receive business calls and voice messages from anywhere. Wow. My wife and I feel like we’ve “upgraded” to the new system in a significant way. I am an IT and telecom professional with over 35 years of experience at higher management levels (not technical) and I can say without a doubt that I’ve never experienced the care and professionalism that Josiah exhibited. We are EXTREMELY happy with the One Stop Telecom and highly recommend them and especially Josiah!
