Great company! I have their services for at least 5 years and they are responsive, no long wait on the phone for customer service. And best of all, when I moved my office, they arranged everything related to internet and phone. Josiah personally came on the Labor Day weekend to assist the installation and connect all devices. I would not changed their service for no other company.
When we first moved into our office 3 years ago, these guys came out and installed EVERYTHING for our network. Our VoIP phone service, internet, WiFi, wiring , and even trained our staff on how to use the system. A couple months ago we relocated and they assisted us through the whole process again. After moving to my new office in Fontana, I called One Stop to do my network cabling. It was sort of a last minute request and they were still able to squeeze me into their schedule. Prices were fair, work was super clean, and their communication was outstanding. It was such a huge stress relief to have everything functional and running so quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving their business location!
We needed new VoIP Phone service and internet because the area we are at in Redlands in has super slow internet. We couldn’t find another company that could help us. They came out and set us up on 5g internet, set us up with a new router and wifi, new phones and to top it off, even helped us troubleshoot, repair , and move our cameras. Great service!

The entire team at OneStop Telecom is amazing! After a power outage at our Fontana facility fried our old (early 90’s) Panasonic phone system, we were overwhelmed and unsure how to get our phones working again. We spoke with a couple of other companies, but calling OneStop was the best decision we could have made.
