One Stop has been amazing at helping me reshape my business by their expert knowledge and access to business phone systems that is taking us to the next level. We had probably one of the most complicated phone systems utilizing three different phone service providers with about 30 phone lines across 13 different companies to be able to communicate with customers the way we needed.
The Yealink phone system recommended and installed at our company has been a game changer allowing not just the customer service reps in the office handle incoming and outgoing calls better, it has connected our field techs and remote workers to the office allowing for smoother internal communication.
The customer support staff is unmatched. I have dealt with multiple service providers for the last two decades, always getting the runaround trying to get the simplest task or change done. Their response was helpful, done in a timely manner, and the ability to communicate where they understand me without repeating myself over and over again has taken a lot of stress out of having to make changes to the system.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Anyone with a large business with multiple operators down to a one person business can benefit from the services from One Stop and at the same time, reduce your telecommunications costs. It’s a no brainer. Great service, great value.
